CAN I BE PRESENT DURING MY CHILD'S LESSON?

Generally no. However, with the first lesson, parents are allowed for 5 minutes, and thereafter only when the coach wants to show progress to the parents.

IS THERE A FORM OF TRANSPORT OR DO I NEED TO TAKE MY CHILD TO THE KIDS SWIMMING LESSONS IN CENTURION?

We do not provide any form of transport.

CAN MY CHILD HAVE A CATCH UP LESSON OF MISSED DUE TO SICKNESS OR ANY OTHER REASON?

Not necessarily, but if there's an open spot at another lesson, then we try to make an arrangement.

DO WE SWIM IN THE WINTER MONTHS TOO?

We swim throughout the year, except in extreme situations like COVID 19.

DO I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

If you notify us a by email, one month before the end of term that you wish to end lessons, you will get the deposit back or it can be subtracted from your term fees.

HOW TO I CANCEL?

Send us and email one month before the end of the term.

CAN MY CHILD COME SWIM IF HE/SHE IS SICK?

Under no circumstances can they practice while sick. it isn't good for your child and they can get the other children or the coach sick.

ARE MEN ALLOWED AT THE AQUA CLASSES?

No men are allowed. Only women.

ARE THERE TOILET FACILITIES?

We have a toilet, but no shower.

IS THERE A PRIVATE DRESSING ROOM?

The dressing room is divided into two with benches to put your belongings down.
